Жим ногами – это базовое упражнение, направленное на проработку четырехглавой мышцы бедра, задней части мышц бедра и ягодиц. Сегодня речь идёт о технике выполнения с высокой постановкой ног на платформе в стиле «сумо». Потому что именно такой стиль снимает нагрузку с квадрицепса и максимально нагружает ЯГОДИЧНЫЕ МЫШЦЫ и бицепсы бедер. Это именно то, что и нужно девушкам. Спину плотно прижимаем к спинке тренажера; Голова тоже лежит на спинке (без отрыва ) (хотя на продвинутом этапе допустимо ). Ступни ног располагаете как можно выше на платформе (потому что чем выше ноги на платформе, тем больше будут работать бицепс бедра и ягодицы ), соответственно, чем ниже ноги на платформе = тем больше будет работать передняя часть бедра (квадрицепс ). Ступни ног расставляете (раздвигаете ) как можно шире на платформе по сторонам + носки слегка развернуты в стороны тоже. В общем, классический стиль, как в приседах “СУМО”. Чем шире ноги на платформе в стороны = тем больше работает внутренняя часть бедра (то, что нужно девушкам ), чем уже = тем внешняя (квадрицепс ). Troppo spesso sento persone rimpiangere di non aver fatto qualcosa che avrebbero voluto fare nella loro vita. Magari il rimpianto di aver scelto la strada più semplice, solo perché sembrava più sicura e senza rischi. O il rimpianto di non aver detto qualcosa. Potenziali sprecati. Possibilità mancate. E la lista va avanti. Queste sono le cose che mi spaventano maggiormente. Non mi fa paura l’incertezza, l’ignoto o il rischio, la cosa che mi fa maggior paura è il guardare un giorno indietro nella mia vita e sentire il forte rimpianto di non aver fatto o detto qualcosa. Due anni mi fa mi sono fatta una promessa. Ho preso la decisione che da quel giorno in poi non avrei rimpianto o sprecato un singolo giorno della mia vita. No strade facili. Nessuna paura del fallimento o di prendere rischi. Nessun potenziale sprecato e possibilità mancate. Ho abbandonato il mio lavoro sicuro, ho cambiato completamente ambito lavorativo e ho costruito da zero il mio business online, sia come atleta che come coach. It is rewarding to reflect on something we do well. We want to do more of it and be more than we already are. . . But, how many of you have the courage to acknowledge your weaknesses? The things you aren’t good at? Many of you I am sure even if you don’t want to admit it. I mean why would you want to derail that nice little self-esteem train you have going with all your strengths in tow? But what many people don’t understand is that in order to grow as a person you need to shed some light on these weaknesses. . . 𝔸𝕔𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨𝕝𝕖𝕕𝕘𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕖𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕤 𝕒𝕕𝕧𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥. . . Everyone has weaknesses. Whether it be in the gym, with your nutrition, your job or career or another area of your life. Acknowledgement and subsequent work will build strength in these areas and help you grow stronger as an individual. . . An idea I recently came across in an article spoke about a guy who revealed he kept a list of his weaknesses in his wallet. Obviously, this list was constantly changing as he grew as a person and he worked on these weaknesses, but what it shows is a huge amount of transparency. He knows what his flaws are, and chooses to keep a constant reminder with him at all times. He is not using the list as something to dwell on, but more so to recognize what he needs to work on to grow. . . At the end of the day, if you can’t acknowledge and be honest with yourself about the areas of your life that need attention then how do you expect to grow as a person?
