Multi ani am petrecut simtindu-ma ca nu sunt suficient, incercand mereu sa folosesc „perfectionismul” ca scuza pentru a fi critica cu mine, incercand sa imping limite si sa obtin rezultate (energie masculina ). Acum, la varsta de 30 de ani, am realizat in sfarsit ca intotdeauna voi fi o lucrare in desfasurare, precum o capodopera de arta si in acelasi timp intotdeauna voi fi perfecta exact asa cum sunt. In perfecta armonie cu viata, urmandu-mi calea mea, la momentul potrivit. Am invatat sa fac pauze si sa recunosc frumusetea devenirii mele de pana acum, sa apreciez femeia care sunt azi. Imbratisez defecte, temeri, ciudatenii si tot ce iese la suprafata. Am curajul sa le privesc in ochi, sa ma imprietenesc cu toate sentimentele mele, sa le ascult si sa observ unde vor sa ma ghideze (energie feminina ). Am invatat sa ma conetez si sa am incredere in intuitia mea si sa recunosc atat partea mea feminina, cat si cea masculina. Transformation Tuesday!⁣ ⁣ Most people share how their bodies have transformed (which I totally appreciate! ), but I am celebrating the transformation in my mindset. ⁣ ⁣ We went to dinner and without too much thought I ordered the steak salad. Neha from last year would have ordered (and ate ) the carne asada or a chicken enchilada with all the rice, beans, chips, guacamole, etc. one could imagine. One of my greatest joys is flowers. And fresh flowers in my home are a staple. Everyone overeats from time to time. Binge eating disorder is different, though. You might have it if you regularly eat a lot of food in just a few hours -- even when you're not hungry -- to drown out emotions. Then you quickly feel shame or guilt about it Binge eating disorder can stem from many things. Can you STOP everything and just focus? Did you know in Elizabethan England people of all classes would go watch Shakespeare's plays for up to 5 hours? Complex dialogue. Massive cast. Intricate storylines. People were riveted. We all have the potential capacity to do this. It's innate. The thing is these days we are so mentally scattered, most people can't have a 5 minute conversation without checking their phone. Society has trained us to be unfocussed and lazy with our attention and it's taking it's toll... Your focus is all you have. There is an old psychological maxim: " where attention goes, energy flows". An untrained mind spreads a person's energy thin to the point where you notice what you are creating in your life is just ...meh. Watered down nothing. Projects half finished. Conversations going nowhere.  Also nothing kills your charisma and attractiveness more than a distracted mind and lack of presence. Los pacientes no son cosas, ni partes de cosas.... A veces hasta los tratamientos y protocolos más probados fallan porque olvidamos lo escencial, un paciente que tiene que poder lidiar con ese tratamiento, sus prejuicios, sus miedos, su historia, su contexto. Y después nos peleamos entre nosotros para ver que salió mal y quien tenía razón. Si nos tomamos el tiempo de "estar, explicar, escuchar, empatizar", hasta podemos errar la indicación. Y luego seguir buscando por dónde continuar. El paciente no necesita un médico perfecto que le diga que hacer y dueño de una verdad absoluta que no existe. Necesita una relación medico-paciente basada en el compromiso mutuo, un espacio donde circule además del tratamiento, la sanación. Trabajemos juntos para cambiar un sistema que no le hace bien a nadie, ni a médicos ni a pacientes. A volte leggo qualche post. Belle parole, bei sentimenti..fratellanza, pace, perdono... E allora mi rendo conto che io, ahimè non sono di tanta bontà. Ho un carattere istintivo, ribelle, poco incline alla bontà spicciola, poco incline anche al perdono. Ebbene sì.. È molto difficile starmi accanto. Ho un carattere forte e non mi faccio comandare. Sono multipotenziale, quindi non sto mai ferma e non mi accontento di una sola cosa. Ho mille passioni e mille interessi. Purtroppo se mi fanno un torto, a differenza vostra, io non dimentico. E confesso che aspetto la rivincita con ansia. Non colpisco mai per prima, ma ricambio con quel pizzico di cattiveria che fa parte di me. Se mi fai un torto o mi fai del male, non ho la capacità di perdonare...ma vivo nella mia tranquillità, traccio i vostri limiti mentali e caratteriali, (purtroppo ne sono spesso capace ), e in un angolino aspetto il momento per farvela pagare. E quando accade, scusate la mia diabolica onestà, ne godo. Ammetto di non essere nei parametri di "Santa bontà" che caratterizza molti di voi e dei vostri post, ma nella mia sincerità sono così contenta di essere testarda, ottusa, vendicativa, puntigliosa, permalosa, superba, arrogante e orgogliosa della mia testa e della persona che sono. As our trip draws to a close and we await our 20+ hour flight back home to Melbourne we are left in a reflecting kind of mood. We're drawn back to the many interactions and discussions about Mindfully Loved, in particular the openess and honesty with which friends and family wanted to discuss about the challenges of self love, mindfulness, parenthood, relationships and slow living. It's helped us create a broader and more well rounded thought process with regards to how we can best support otherwise and how necessary this space is becoming. People seem ready to discuss their challenges more openly than ever before, which has been great to see. Parents aren't wanting to settle on just following suit of their parents/grandparents and having children because the time is right. They want to work on themselves, they want to work on their relationships and therefore want to provide a better future for their children and future generations. So as we return to our routine and usual day to day lives (that don't involve daily beach visits ) we come back invigorated with an even stronger passion to provide an avenue to these supports. We want to spread the word more than ever and help people identify the type of supports they need to work on themselves. We are more excited than ever to have our first course up in the coming month.
