We did 4 sets on the stairs and used a set of ankle weights. A good way to get our cardio in for the morning. Here's a healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe to celebrate.😊😊 Ingredients: 2 cups almond meal or flour, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or pink Himalayan salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and cut up some dark chocolate pieces. HEALTHY TRUFFLE RECIPE WOO!! I literally just made up this recipe on the spot so I didn't really measure anything but I mixed rolled oats, raw cacao powder, stevia, and coconut oil. I then added teaspoons of water little by little until I got a sticky consistency. I chopped up some almonds and dark chocolate and added it to the mixture! 1 and a half years AND 10 pounds later..On the picture to the left I was underweight, had lost my period because my body fat percentage was much too low, was not a functional athlete and was only doing cardio and lifting, and I was tracking macros (not clean food just whatever fit my macros ). On the picture to the right Im much stronger and a much more functional athlete, am in the correct weight range, got my period back, and am not tracking but eating mostly clean foods that allow me to perform my best!
