Tips for lower body Here im using the pit shark, benefit here is the weight isn't compressed on my back so if your erectors are sore this helps KEYS!! 1. I DON'T THRUST FORWARD AT THE TOP, i drive back to put the glutes in a lengthen position then go a bit deeper... but it doesn't make sense to THRUST FORWARD at the top...THE WEIGHT IS PULLING DOWNWARD thrusting forward with no tension opposing is doing nothing for the glutes on the shortened position but possibly fucking up your hips Hell You're better off squeezing your glutes when you dont have weight pulling DOWNWARD after you're done squatting 2. Fitevolution Arm work *Biceps This superset uses a variation from @hanyrambod and @philheath where i tweaked the movement...after each single arm curl....hold the opposite hand at 90 degrees to build metabolic stress...each curl increase reps from 1...then 2.....then...3 until it is unbearable. GODZILLA SET TIP So instead of doing a traditional drop set, pick a weight that you can do x amount of reps with....then drop the weight when you fail....do x amount of reps....then repeat. Normally this is where the set ends, but now you go back to your starting weight and end with that. Some research shows this can be more beneficial because after standard drop sets you may not have fatigued all of the fibers in that area.
