We should all try and learn something from dogs. Their love is always unconditional and pure. While we are out living our busy lives, they just sit and wait patiently for our return. They love us so much that they won’t even move an inch until we are home safe again. So when you get home, give your pets some love.
We drove up and around the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and it lead us to this beach that was just other worldly. If you look closely you can see the face in the side of the cliff coming out of the ocean to my right. The world feels like a real living breathing thing in Iceland, and it’s beauty is unlike any other.
The worlds largest colony of Puffin Birds is in Vestmannaeyjar (Westman islands ). 60% of Puffins in the world breed in Iceland. These small clowns of the Sea are especially cute because they mate for life. Leslie and I spend a few hours searching the cliffs for these guys and finally captured the photo I was hoping for! 🐧
Happy Birthday Doug! When I first met Leslie, Doug was just a 1 and a half year old puppy and one of the first pugs I ever spent time with. Quickly, we became best friends and we now share a bond that’s unlike any other bond I’ve had with an animal (Fiona too ). He is such a shining light in this world and I am grateful everyday for his positive impact he has on my life and millions of others lives. Happy Doug The Pug Day!
Nature is my therapy • We’re back home in Nashville from an amazing and productive trip to NYC and Denver. As much as I love NYC, it’s personally draining for me to be surrounded by concrete and metal. So needless to say, our Colorado trip was healing and grounding. Get outside today and enjoy the little things.
Had an amazing night at the @endofound Blossom Ball with my wife. I’m so proud to support her while she battles this disease. 💛
This little guy brings so much happiness not only to our family, but to the world. Our cover issue of @usatoday is now available! Crazy to see a photo we took in our basement studio in print.
