Current condition🤔⁣ ⁣ Upper body training still not 100% but it’s getting there,slowly. ⁣ ⁣ Chest shoulders and arms have shrunk, but I expect they will fill back out quite quickly once this shit is over lol ⁣

Once I’m fully recovered, then the journey to peak aesthetics continues😉going to try some very light leg sessions within the next 10 days🥴 Diet is still 100% the only thing that isn’t happening is the training, will be interesting how to see much weight/muscle I lose, and even more interesting to see how fast I can get it back🧐

This past weeks been awful training wise, heads just not really in it all as it’s my last week before I have a fairly long amount of time off to recover from surgery🥴 on top of that I injured my shoulder last Saturday training legs somehow lol🤣 so yeah motivation is shit at the moment. I’m safe in the knowledge that it’ll all be good soon once I recover but it’s just about being patient really, patience is vital is this game. Cya later😤

Current physique🤔🍕⁣ ⁣ Obviously not impressive by any means but I don’t really care, it’s all about the process and I intend on showing it all.⁣ ⁣ Still holding a fair amount of fat clearly, most of it I hold around my waist🤔 just imagining myself 5 years from now👀 hopefully will have completed my quest to turn into a walking Dorito😂⁣ ⁣ I knew I’d never be the biggest guy around I just don’t have the genetics. UPDATE💀 Today I experienced the first drop in strength, 10 days into this mini cut🍎 Its to be expected to be honest considering I’m in quite a harsh calorie deficit of 1000cals to shift some weight fast💀 I generally prefer this approach with mini cuts, ‘get in get out’ is my mentality. Sitting at 100kg morning weight exactly⬇️ Let’s keep pushing🔥

LEGS FOR TALLER GUYS😤⁣ ⁣ Unfortunately, us taller guys have a harder time filling out our frame.⁣ ⁣ This is especially true with legs I seem to find😬 that long femur bone needs to be stacked with muscle to look big😅⁣ ⁣ I recommend👇🏼⁣ ⁣ ⚫️ Upping your frequency. Train the damn things more often.⁣ ⁣ ⚫️ Be smart with your exercise selection. A squat or hack squat for example will give you more stimulus than walking lunges.⁣ ⁣ ⚫️ Train them hard. Imagine if you trained your legs as hard as your upper body? Legs are without doubt my most intense sessions, polar opposite from last year and I’m noticing the differences.⁣ ⁣ ⚫️ Ensure progression. Track the weights that you are lifting, MAKE SURE you are getting stronger at all the given rep ranges you are working with.⁣ ⁣ It simply takes longer as we have more surface area we need to fill with muscle, which sucks to start off with but if you stick with it, it looks awesome😎⁣ ⁣ To all my 6’2”+ bredrins, keep grinding. We WILL get there one day🤓👊🏼

RETURN of the strict OHP😎⁣ ⁣ A wobbly 70kg x5 ⁣(form should tighten up after a week or 2 ) ⁣ I absolutely love this exercise💙⁣ ⁣ For me, there is no better movement for overall bigger shoulders ⁣(not to mention that being strong on this exercise is very impressive, no two ways about it ) 👌🏼 ⁣ The range of motion is unlike any other👍🏼⁣ ⁣ As with anything in the gym, the hardest exercises yield the best results. Do the exercises most people don’t want to do📈 ⁣ You guys already know that pressing is my weak point, let’s see how far we can rinse those movement. I would love to be able to get 80kg for reps👊🏼⁣

I can’t pose for shit✅👌🏼🔑⁣ ⁣ All jokes aside I’m very happy with where I am at the moment sitting at 103kg (227lbs ) morning weight.⁣ ⁣ Still holding a decent V taper even when my waist measurement it the largest it’s been (and will be ) lol⁣ ⁣ A small waist and wide back is a look I’ve been chasing for some time now, but it will only be truly shown when I’m sitting at around 90 kilos👀⁣ ⁣ But for now, we do what is necessary and we keep the body weight up☝🏼

HACK SQUATS✅⁣ ⁣ I’ve waited so long to sink my teeth into a hack squat machine👌🏼⁣ ⁣ 80kg here for 6👀⁣ ⁣ Looking to build some foundational strength on this then I will add in bands🤙🏼⁣ ⁣ If you want to get the most out of a hack squat, USE FULL RANGE OF MOTION (as with anything ) don’t stop at 90 degrees, go ass to grass🔑⁣ ⁣ Remember: a fully flexed knee, is a fully flexed quad, in simple terms when your hamstrings touch your calves your quad is fully lengthened. Now lets get to work👊🏼
